Working Principle：

 Turbocharger RHB5 uses the exhaust emissions of a certain pressure from the engine to impulse the rotation of the turbine wheel and drive the high-speed rotation of the coaxial compressor wheel which brings the compressed fresh air into the engine cylinder the enhance the air charge of the cylinder so as to inject more fuel into the cylinder which increases the power of the engine.

Maintenance method of turbocharger：

1. Use high-quality fully synthetic oil with good fluidity, good viscosity-temperature characteristics and low coking rate to ensure that the oil can provide good lubrication to the turbocharger at any time;

2. Use a high-quality air filter to ensure that the air entering the engine is well filtered and the intake pipe is well sealed. Larger particles cannot pass through the supercharger, so as to prevent hard particles from hitting the supercharger impeller. , resulting in damage to the impeller of the supercharger and damage to the dynamic balance. In addition, it is not allowed to start the engine without an air filter at any time;

3. The turbocharged engine should run at idle speed for one minute after cold start and then run at high speed, and after high-speed driving, it should run at idle speed for two minutes before turning off the engine, which can ensure good lubrication and heat dissipation of the turbocharger.
